How do I approve/disapprove a publisher's request to display my ads? |

Once you have uploaded and defined your ads, you will
start getting requests from publishers who want to
display your ads. You will be notified of these requests
by e-mails. Enter the
Pending Publishers' Requests page, if there are open requests you will see them as a
list containing initial data such as the website's URL,
publisher's ranking and ad space's ranking. For additional information
choose an ad space and a page containing all the relevant data
such as users' profile and ad space's properties will be
displayed. For additional information
on your ad press on its name. Check the boxes of ad spaces you wish to approve
and press the approve button. Check the boxes of
ad spaces you wish to disapprove and press the disapprove
button. |

What is a "Space Ranking" and how can I use it? |

The ad space's ranking is comprised of over 20 arguments such as:
- Feedbacks left by advertisers
- Percentage of approved requests
- History CTR
- Percentage of unique impressions
- Percentage of unique clicks
The ad space ranking helps you know the history of ad spaces
that requests your approval. It also prevents publishers from
choosing ads that don't fit with their ad spaces. |

What is a "User Ranking" and how can I use it? |

The User Ranking is the average of the ad spaces' rankings held by
a specific publisher. |

How do I stop an ad from being displayed? |

Go to the Manage My Ads page in the advertisers' menu
and check the boxes located next to each ad you want to stop displaying.
After the ads you wish to stop are checked press the
delete/pause button located at the bottom of the
page. If you can't find the ad you wish to
delete/pause set the ad status filter to the current
ad status. |

Enter the "Manage Ad" page from the
Manage My Ads
page by clicking on the ad you want to delete from an ad space.
Again, you will find the check box next to each
ad space this ad is displayed at, check the ones you want
to delete/pause and press the delete/pause button
located at the bottom of the page. If you can't
find the ad space you wish to delete/pause set the
ad status filter to the current ad space status. |

I want to reactivate an ad, how can I do it? |

Go to the
Manage My Ads page
in the advertisers' menu
and check the boxes located next to each ad you want to reactivate.
You can reactivate only a paused ad.
After the ads you wish to reactivate are checked
press the reactivate button located at the bottom
of the page. Note that reactivating an ad does not
reactivate the ad spaces it was displayed at before
being deleted/paused, you need to reactivate the ad spaces
manually if you wish to appear in them and wait for
the publisher's approval. If you can't find the ad you
wish to reactivate set the ad status filter to the
current ad status. |

Check the boxes located next to each
ad space you want to reactivate. After the ad
spaces you wish to
reactivate are checked press the reactivate button
located at the bottom of the page. Your ad will
start appearing at the ad spaces only after the
publisher has approved the display of your ad in
his ad space. If you can't find the ad you wish to
reactivate set the ad status filter to the current
ad status. |

How do I change ad's properties? |

page by clicking on the ad you want to change its properties.
In the upper right corner of the "Manage Ad" page you
will find a tab Called "Ad Properties". Click on this tab and in this page you
will notice the "Edit Properties" link. Press on that link and
change each definition you desire. |

How can I rank an ad space I have worked with? |

- Choose the
Manage My Ads option in the advertisers'
menu
- Select the ad you want to rank an ad space from
- Click on the ad space's ranking, represented by green stars
and wait for a pop up window to open
- choose your ranking for this ad space from the list
- Press the "Rank" button

You can only rank an ad space, by doing that you also rank the
publisher whose ranking is comprised of the average of the ad
spaces' rankings he owns. |

Yes, when uploading an ad, set the "Auto Approve Ranking" to very
good (four stars) or super (5 stars) and we will approve ad
spaces with this ranking (and higher) automatically. |

No, you don't. If you want to remove an ad from the auto
mode, enter the "Manage Ad" page from the
Manage My Ads
page by clicking on the ad you want to remove from the auto mode.

will notice the "Edit Properties" link. Press on that link and
change the "Auto Mode Allowed" field to No. |
