SekiNdo doesn't charge its customers for any of its services. We are able to
provide you with our services by deducting our services' commission from each
payment of an advertiser to a publisher. Nevertheless, we charge our advertisers
$1 for defining a new credit card, or modifying an existing one, due to security
reasons. |

SekiNdo accepts payments with Credit/Debit cards of the following providers:
Visa, Master Card and American Express. All prices in SekiNdo are in US Dollar
currency. We charge our advertisers once a week on a specific day, e.g. every
Monday. Advertisers can view the details of their current outstanding payments
and their payments history in their Billing page on SekiNdo. |

Payments to our publishers |

SekiNdo pays publishers with checks it sends once every two weeks.
Payments to our publishers will be given in US Dollar currency. We charge
advertisers and send publishers their advertising revenues, while deducting our
commission from each transaction. Our commission rate is 40%, which means that
the publishers gain 60% of their revenues. The commission is paid in
consideration for Hosting, Targeting, Monitoring and Billing services. Publishers
can see the details of their current credits and their income history in their
Billing page on SekiNdo. We provide you with the statistics of your income both
with and without taking into account our commission, as part of our efforts to
keep SekiNdo a fully transparent platform. |

Checks for less than $50 will not be sent. In case a publisher did not reach
$50 of revenues in one payment period
(two weeks), the revenues will be passed to the next payment period until the
publisher reaches $50 of revenues. |
