How do I define an "Affiliate Link" ad space?

Choose an option Define Ad Spaces on the publisher menu. On this page you will be able to define an appropriate ad space in three simple steps.

How do I choose affiliate programs for my ad space?

Choose an option SekiNdo's Ad Marketplace, and conduct a search according to the categories that are appropriate for you, free text, pricing methods, or any other search option.

Review the list of affiliate programs that is obtained and find the programs that you are interested in marketing. Mark the box beside any desired program, and press the "Choose Ads" button which is located above and below the table. On the following page you will be allowed to attribute the program chosen to your relevant ad space. Mark the appropriate choices and press the "Choose Ads" button again.

Following the selection process, you will receive your unique links for the purpose of marketing all the affiliate programs that you chose.

Pay attention, there are affiliate programs that acquire manual confirmation by the advertiser, that is why there is a chance that your request to market a certain program will not be automatically approved.

Where can I find the affiliate programs that I chose and that are still waiting for approval by the advertiser?

Enter page Pending Advertisement Requests on the publisher menu, and on this page you will be able to find all the programs that you chose and that are still waiting for approval by the advertiser.

Can I cancel a request that is waiting for an advertiser's approval?

Yes, enter the page Pending Advertisement Requests , and on this page you will be able to find all the requests awaiting the advertiser's approval. Mark the the requests that you are interested in cancelling and press the "cancel a request" button which appears beneath the waiting requests table.

What statistical tools does SekiNdo provide?

SekiNdo provides you with a wide variety of statistics, which allow you to manage your marketing activity in the easiest and most efficient manner. :
  1. number of clicks.
  2. Number of leads/acquisitions.
  3. eCPC - average profit per click that you generated for the programs that you are marketing
  4. Percent of conversions - The percent of leads and acquisitions that were obtained from the clicks that you generated.
  5. Profit
In addition, SekiNdo allows you to segment the statistics by different advertisement channels, which you use to market affiliate programs - create a different ad space for every one of your marketing channels (email marketing, Google, etc.), that is how you will be able to receive the statistics seperated and segmented in convenient and accurate manner by different marketing channels.

The ability to separate marketing channels by using different ad space will help you maximize profits, since this system allows you to efficiently know which channels are profitable for you. Working with ad spaces allows you to carry out better optimizations for the programs that you market.

Where can I see the clicks, leads, acquistions and revenue that I genrated?

Enter page Management and Statistics on the publisher menu, and on this page you will be able to find all the information regarding your ad space and the affiliate programs that you are marketing.

If you are interested in seeing the profits that a certain program created in a certain ad space, click the relevant ad space and this page will display all the statistics pertaining to all the affiliate programs that you marketed using this ad space.

With the help of the upper ruler on this page you will be able to segment the statistics by different dates and statuses

Can I see how many leads I created for every affiliate program without segmenting into ad space?

Yes, enter the page Management and Statistics on the publisher's page. On this page, above the statistics table, you will find a link to "Switch to Campaign Display", click this link and the system will display your statistics segmented by the affiliate programs that you chose.

If you are interested in viewing segmented statistics of the affililate programs, by the ad spaces that you used to market them, click on the relevant program and you will be directed to a page where the complete statistics pertaining to the program will be displayed segmented by different ad spaces.

Using the upper ruler on this page you will be able to segment the statistics by different dates and statuses

Can I stop an ad space activity?

Yes, enter the page Management and Statistics on the publisher's menu, mark the ad spaces that you are interested in stopping, in the ad space table, and click the "Pause" button appearing beneath the statistics table.

Please note, stopping an ad space will make all the links, that you are promoting through it, inactive (the links will direct to a blank page), that is why it is recommended to stop the marketing activity of your affiliate programs before stopping the ad space activity

If you can't find the ad space, whose activity you are interested in stopping, use the status ruler that appears above the statistics table. Note that the status ruler displays all ad spaces and not just active ad spaces.

Can I stop a specific affiliate program's activity in the ad space?

Enter page Management and Statistics on the publisher's menu. On the ad space table, click on the ad space where you are interested in stopping a certain program. On the following page mark the programs whose activities you are interested in stopping and then click the "Pause" button which appears beneath the statistics table.

Please note, stopping the affiliate program will make the link, that you are using to promote this program, inactive (the link will direct to a blank page). It is recommended to stop the programs marketing activity on the different channels where you are marketing them

If you can't find the program, whose activity you are interested in stopping, use the status ruler which appears above the statistics table. Note that the status ruler displays all the programs and not just the active ones.

How can I reactivate an ad space?

Enter the page Management and Statistics on the publisher's menu. On the ad space table mark the ad spaces that you are interested in reactivating and click the "Reactivate" button which appears beneath the statistics table.

If you can't find the ad spaces, that you are interested in reactivating, use the status ruler which appears above the statistics table. Note that the status ruler displays all the ad spaces and not just the active ones.

On the following page, mark the programs which you are interested in reactivating and then click the "Reactivate" button which appears beneath the statistics table.

If you can't find the affiliate programs, which you are interested in reactivating, use the status ruler which appears above the statistics table. Note that the status ruler displays all the programs and not just those which are active.

Why do the leads that I see in the statistical interface dissapear after a certain ammount of time?

Each affiliate program has it's own terms and conditions. Leads are considered valid and approved for payment when they are not duplicated, when they do not deny interest in an advertiser's product, do not contain false details and at times also contain an additional limiting provision, such as geographic location, minimal age etc. When a lead reaches an advertiser, it is checked, and if it does not comply with the terms and conditions of the said affiliate program the lead is disqualified and erased from the system along with the profits that it created for the affiliate who created it.

You can see all the leads which you generated (approved, canceled and those awaiting reports) on the page Managing Leads under the publisher's menu

Can I see the causes for the cancellation of my leads?

We believe in complete transparency, and that is why we present each affiliate a complete breakdown of all the leads which he generated. On the page Managing Leads , under the publisher's menu, you will be able to find all the leads which you generated including the status of each lead, according to the following breakdown::
  1. Approved - A lead which was approved by the advertiser and is approved for payment.
  2. Pending - A lead which is yet to be reported by the advertiser.
  3. Rejected - A lead which was canceled by the advertiser since he did not maintain the terms of use. In this case you will also find the reason for canceling the lead.
